MEVLANA EXCHANGE PROGRAMME
WHAT ARE THE MEVLANA PROGRAM?
Mevlana Exchange Program is a program aimed at realizing the exchange of students and teaching staff between higher education institutions providing education in Turkey and higher education institutions providing education abroad. The program entered into force with the Regulation published in the Official Gazette No. 28034 dated 23 August 2011 envisages cooperating universities in all regions of the world. However, the countries included in the Erasmus program have been excluded from the scope of change.
Students who want to participate in the exchange program can benefit from the program to study for at least 1, maximum 2 semesters, once a scholarship in their education life. Academic staff can participate in the program for at least 1 week (minimum 6 hours per week) and maximum 3 months for each academic year. Likewise, students and lecturers from all regions of the world can participate in educational activities by coming to higher education institutions in Turkey within the scope of the program.
